Transaction Manager and Relocation Specialists Training Coordinator
Mary serves as back-up for our Relocation Director and is in charge of managing the vast details of all existing customer relationships to ensure a flawless closing, and outstanding customer experience. In addition, she is in charge of improving and providing training for our Relocation Specialists; who are carefully selected to cater to the needs of corporate transferees and to arrange that the legal and tax guidelines are followed.
She manages the transaction coordinators; anticipates and quickly solves any issues from contract to closing of all properties. Mary supervises all active listings and guarantees that our clients obtain timely and accurate feedback from all showings. Mary is dynamic, thorough and efficient. Mary is fluent in English and Spanish.
